Keep capital and operating costs separate. A lower initial price can require more labor, water, fuel, film replacement, or maintenance. Match the structure and systems to the site

Each added system changes structure loads, power, water, maintenance, and control logic.
Ventilation must be checked after insect net and screens are included. Water treatment should be based on a laboratory report, not the appearance of the source. Foundations need site soil and local structural review. A greenhouse that is adequate on level, firm ground can need different civil work on expansive soil, fill, a slope, or a flood path.
